Who we are

Dr. Daniel Yim and Dr. Elizabeth Wong are GMC’s licensed doctors who have trained and practiced in the United Kingdom. After brief stints in the NHS, they relocated to Hong Kong in pursuit of medical careers.

However, they soon faced the challenges of adjusting to a new culture, new languages and the Hong Kong’s fast-paced work environment. Feeling overwhelmed and unsupported, there can be better solutions to promote mental health in Hong Kong.

Thus recognising the urgent need for accessible mental health resources in the workplace, Dan and Liz set out to create a solution. They developed a mobile application that offers 24/7 confidential support, providing evidence-based mental health care tailored for modern workforce.

Driven by their personal experiences, Dan and Liz are committed to transforming the mental health landscape in Hong Kong, empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being with support just a tap away.
