    We offer the following resources and guidance:

    Self-Guided Care: Online material, courses, and self-check-ins for independent growth and development.
    • 1:1 Sessions: Individual sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts culturally appropriate to Hong Kong.

  • At Intent, we make mental well-being available to everyone, assisting you with challenges at work or in your personal life. Unlike standard psychological care, we don't emphasize diagnoses or treatments, and you don’t need a doctor’s referral. Instead, we focus on prevention and lasting behavioral change to enhance your mental well-being.

    Intent is not meant to replace traditional psychological care. If your symptoms are serious enough for a diagnosis, we will suggest seeking conventional psychological help.

  • These 1:1 sessions are with certified psychologists to provide expertise and allow one to talk through the problems.

    • Our mental well-being sessions help users improve their resilience and overall mental well-being by fostering positive thinking and healthy behavioural patterns. They focus primarily on emotional and social well-being.
