• 1:1 Sessions: Individual sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts culturally appropriate to Hong Kong. -
At Intent, we make mental well-being available to everyone, assisting you with challenges at work or in your personal life. Unlike standard psychological care, we don't emphasize diagnoses or treatments, and you don’t need a doctor’s referral. Instead, we focus on prevention and lasting behavioral change to enhance your mental well-being.
Intent is not meant to replace traditional psychological care. If your symptoms are serious enough for a diagnosis, we will suggest seeking conventional psychological help.
